Placefulness Workshop: Turnómetro. (http://www.turnometro.org/)
Speaker: Alberto Canales.
Description: We will approach the US by sharing visions in group conversation, with a full awareness of the conditions in which we hold our meetings, beyond the contents or topics on the table. We will treat these conditions as if they were rules of a game, whose objective is to celebrate a productive and inclusive meeting and, why not, fun.
We will question the roles that can be developed by the participants, and we will rely on simple technologies that we have in our pocket.
We recommend attending hot topics in the inkwell 😉
Placefulness Workshop: Look from the self.
Speaker: Francesco Previti.
Description: experience a deep listening state of your mind through Kundalini Yoga
We will practice exercises and postures to reach a calm and open mind state to reach a state of deep listening within the relation with others.
NOTE: the exercise don’t require any previous experience of Yoga, or any special athletic conditions. It will be available to any level of preparation.
Please dress comfortable, and, if you have it, bring a yoga mat (esterilla) or a blanket to sit on the floor and a pillow if you need it. Anyway we will provide it, if you don’t have it don’t worry.

Speakers: Ángeles Briones, Alfonso Sánchez and Ioana Valero Team Hacker Residence.
Description: The session will present the evolution of the citizen territories. What happens since an intrepid neighbor presents a proposal through a platform of digital participation and the moment in which it takes place? The Hacker Residency project (https://player.vimeo.com/video/198666166) explored the challenges and opportunities of the Decide Madrid platform for the territorialization of digital participation.

Placefulness Workshop: The CLEHES technology for design from the human.
Speaker: Cristian Figueroa.
Description: In this workshop we will know the technology of CLEHES, which is related to 6 characteristics that we have all human beings: Body, Language, Emotions, History, Eros and Silence. These characteristics are key to observing, understanding and redesigning what happens to us from our biology and spirituality.

Description: Workshop of corporal activation based on the contemporary dance technique release, that allows the development of a pattern of group movement.

Civic Beers, Glocal Camp Workshops definition.
(this session will continue on Day#03 afternoon – Monday 10th July)
We will wait for this moment when most of the people who come to Glocal Camp are in town to define the schedule for the internal CivicWise workshops in a festive and informal atmosphere.
Although it is an open debate, we will probably discuss these topics:
Communication. We will talk about the remains and difficulties we have encountered in trying to communicate what we do and what we are. We will talk about the development of our website and other topics that we will define collectively.
Governance. We will reflect on how our internal and external governance has been, evaluate successes and mistakes and look for ways to respond to situations that have become more complex as the network has grown.
Projects Governance. Each CivicWise project is autonomous, the work group formation process is open and distributed, all can be involved at any level, in general the governance of each project is a reflection of CivicWise governance. In the third Glocal Camp we will evaluate and reflect on exemplary projects and those that were not so much, we will talk about the projects in progress and will form new groups of works to agree the best practice in the projects that begin.
Civic Economy. It is a big challenge, are we capable of being sustainable and operative at the same time? Is it time to put the magnifying glass into complex processes of cooperation? Is it time to organize ourselves around a cooperative?
Civic Academy. Many things have happened since the 1st Glocal Camp in Paris, and the second one in Valencia last year.
– We published our first book, Civic Practices (https://civicwise.org/civicpractices/) and we started the second one #LaParticipaciónCW
– We did the Civic Design Course (https://disenocivico.org/) in three simultaneous languages, spanish, italian and french, in fact, many of the new wisers that we will meet personally at L’Hospitalet have just finished the course. Congratulations!
– We investigated in laboratories and we are getting closer to the universities.
What is the next step? We will reflect on it.
Civic Labs. Lab is a network aggregated around a theme or a practice in CivicWise.
They are open spaces for debate to experiment the exchange of knowledge. An ambiance where you can go to share, to learn, to research around some common interests and subjects. In this Glocal Camp, we will talk about those that seem more active for this moment of the network.
Civic Factory. The aim of this network is to promote the development of Civic Spaces, which are places where local circles improve the connection with territory and local community. Civic Factory is a typology of Civic Space that CivicWise is implementing as a specific model, started as a first prototype in Valencia, and has just won the prize for citizen participation social innovation 2016 in Valencia. Congratulations!
Civic Tools. CivicWise build protocols and tools that allow us to be operative. For this Glocal Camp we will start a Civic and Cultural Innovation development of an impact assessment tool for the implementation of territorial activation policies for the new Cultural District of L´Hospitalet.
Civic Tech. We use technology all the time. Technology shapes our environment and our relationships. It is a key factor that defines society. Because the choice of a particular technology has important consequences in social organization today, in CivicWise we think that as citizens we have to be able to choose consciously which technology to use. This freedom of choice will only be possible if citizenship has an accurate knowledge and is able to generate a collective intelligence and common technological knowledge.

Description. What is the purpose of tejeRedes? Innovative methodology around networking and people-centered collaborative articulation systems. TejeRedes is an open space to learn and share, where people are the central axis of teams and organizations.

Speaker: Mireia Mascarell. Technician in charge of the Cultural District L´Hospitalet.
Description. Mireia Mascarell and other cultural agents involved in the consolidation of the city of L’Hospitalet as Cultural District, will present the situation, vision and expectation of the Cultural District. During the week of the Glocal Camp, the CivicWise team will reflect on this and present their vision, which will be validated by the technicians on Friday 14 in the morning, marking a milestone in the development of the collaboration agreement between CivicWise and the City Council of L’ Hospitalet.

The participants of the Social Smart City graduate will present their final projects of course. CivicWise will moderate the presentation and will reserve 30 minutes for an enriching debate that will undoubtedly be mutual learning, the informal conversation will continue in the Secret Garden of La Marquesa Park at 7.30 in a festive and informal atmosphere among music, an interactive mapping, Beers and food! Not bad at all? ;-)”

Description: This is a milestone in the development of the collaboration agreement between CivicWise and the City Council of L’ Hospitalet. They will come to validate our vision from which we will focus the proposal of collaboration:
